Femsa partners with BradyIFS to create a agency inside the EU


Mexican bottler and retailer Femsa has reached an agreement with distributor BradyIFS to create a brand new deliver platform for the cleaning, meals disposables and packaging industries inside the United States. Femsa will obtain $1.7 billion in cash and will keep a 37 percentage stake inside the new agency, the Mexican company said in a statement despatched to the Mexican Stock Exchange. They expect that the new platform, in an effort to deliver together Envoy Solutions, the USA subsidiary of the Mexican organisation, with BradyIFS, could have revenues of five billion dollars.
